A Hopeless Mirage

After hearing “no rice” enough times, Guy decided to swear off dating apps and men, only to find himself falling for his best friend’s boyfriend.

A Touch of Paradise

Hauled to work in Hawaii, Tudor has little time to enjoy the island paradise.

His obnoxious friend Radu has it much easier, using his free time to set Tudor up, dangling a willing Hawaiian beauty in front of him.

Having been burned by long-distance relationships before, Tudor stubbornly resists Kahoni’s advances.

But can Tudor be worn down enough to enjoy a touch of paradise?

As they were waiting for their food, Tudor looked at the man sitting across from him. A year and a half ago he could barely stand Radu. Then they’d been forced to go to New York on business and share a room. Man, had that been hell! He’d nearly killed Radu, tired of his homophobic jokes and comments. Despite his best efforts, though, he’d gotten to know the guy. He was mean, rude, and loud with everyone, not just gays. But it wasn’t because he was truly evil inside. He just didn’t know any better.

After getting back to Bucharest, Radu had started to hang out with Tudor, forcibly at first. He’d plop down at Tudor’s lunch table; or tag along every time Tudor and his best friend and colleague, Magda, were doing something; he even got a subscription to Tudor’s gym. One day, Tudor had discovered he didn’t want to gag every time the pest was around.

That trip to New York had seen the beginning of both a weird, forceful friendship with Radu and Tudor’s tumultuous relationship with Vincent, his very own Phantom of the Opera. A year into what started as a fairytale romance, Vincent had had it with the complications of long-distance relationships. Tudor had tried his best to go see him as often as he could. They lived on different continents, for crying out loud, but Vincent had never made any real effort, blaming it all on his busy Broadway-star life.

It had been six months since the breakup, but Tudor was still quite happy wallowing and licking his wounds. Radu was the only one who insisted on broaching the topic, despite Tudor’s angry outbursts. Tudor knew he couldn’t get too mad with Radu; the guy only wanted the best for Tudor in his awkward, misguided way. Besides, he could forgive a lot for how Radu had reacted to Vincent’s decision to break his heart. He still chuckled at the memory of the long, swearing-like-a-sailor email Radu had sent to Vincent, complete with a nasty photo of Radu’s big, sweaty, hairy ass with an arrow drawn shakily on it. X marked the spot that Vincent was supposed to kiss.

Radu had then proceeded to turn into the ultimate momma-bear, outplaying even Magda, and kept Tudor from taking back an apologetically drunk Vincent, or calling said bastard when he was depressed. Radu had been right every time. Sober Vincent had no interest in trying again, and recovering Tudor had no desire to beg his ex for another chance.

A Surprising Service

It’s another frustrating chore in Nick’s day: getting the boiler serviced.

But when Prince walks through the door, it’s not just the heating that gets hot.

Sent by the Royal Flying Doctor Service to curb an outbreak of influenza in an Australian outback aboriginal community, Dr. Dan is ready for anything.

Except Tommy…

A half-caste aboriginal who feels he doesn’t belong…

Kiss of the South

The north and south have been divided by war. But love has other plans for Joseph Calder and Ephraim Pickett.

What if the man you thought you could never have was waiting for you all along?
